"Nice café in PIK with a clean and modern concept. Once you step inside, the space feels quite spacious and comfortable. They also have an indoor pet-friendly area, which is a big plus. I ordered a hot matcha latte the taste was light but you can really feel the matcha, with just the right sweetness. It’s less sweet but still perfectly balanced. The café latte was also not bad. Would definitely come back again."

"The staff here were extremely helpful & friendly! A team of them came out to explain and recommend dishes to us We got the grilled salmon dabu dabu, rujak cireng, and manuka chamomile lemon jelly drink. Absolutely recommend the manuka chamomile lemon jelly drink, and also the cireng if you haven’t tried cireng before! (It was our first time & it was good~ crispy & chewy)"

"Coming here to get the cake but also tried their lunch. Tried the tiramisu from scones alley, it’s creamy and not to sweet . Also tried their signature poke bowl, ice matcha latte and popcorn chicken. At first, i thought the poke bowl is quite small from how it looks, but when you actually ate that it’s quite big and just right for one person. Love the poke bowl rice!! The popcorn chicken is also quite good but i personally dont like the sauce, it just a preference i think. I’m sure the staff will be better later cause it just opened."

"Came here for scone's alley cakes. It was really good ! Soft cake with a very creamy fresh cream. Lots of options too.. the atmosphere of the cafe is really nice. Slow and quiet."

"Cafe Chapter PIK offers a good variety of food, including vegetarian options, along with a nice selection of coffee, juices, and smoothies. However, the experience was significantly let down by poor service. On our visit, there was a considerable delay with our order, even though the cafe was not busy. When we inquired about it, the staff seemed confused. This delay, combined with instances of rude and unhelpful staff, negatively impacted the overall experience. Despite the appealing food and drink choices, the poor quality of service makes Cafe Chapter PIK a place I would currently advise others to avoid."
